Return and Refund Policy

 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please see below for more information on our no-return policy.

 

All Sales Are Final

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or if we sent you the wrong item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at cypress.connect.info@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions (If Applicable)

 

The following items are exceptions to our general "All Sales Are Final" rule and may be considered for a refund or exchange only if they are damaged or defective:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with clear photos and a description of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if approved, we will offer to send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

Please Note:

  • Any sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom products are final sale and are not eligible for any exceptions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the claim does not meet the above criteria.

 

Process for Defective/Damaged Items

 

If your item falls under the exception criteria above, please follow these steps:

  1. Email customer service at cypress.connect.info@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to notify us of the defect or wrong item.

  2. Include your Order Number, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

  3. We will respond within 7 business days to let you know if your request has been approved. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
